Thoughts for April - May
It's been a beautiful spring so far.
And no, I haven't disappeared. Most of my time has been spent working in western North Dakota, where I've been working as a wellsite geologist in support of oil drilling operations.
Before that I was in Alaska and Yukon for three months, on a temporary prospecting assignment for a mineral exploration firm. I took way too many pictures to post here, so I made a Flickr page to share them online. Check them out by following THIS LINK.
So that's pretty much it, there's your update. Lots of wilderness trips are planned for this summer, so check back for new trip logs. In the meantime, get out and enjoy this fine *spring* weather!
